Over 30 years of appraisal experience.  Assignments include Apartment Buildings, Mobile Home Parks, Retail Strips, Office Buildings, Medical Buildings, Industrial Warehouses and Distribution Centers, Factory Buildings, Contract Post Office Buildings, Special Purpose Buildings, and Vacant Land including Remote Acreage in the deserts and mountains of Southern California.

 

Appraisal purposes include: Financing, Purchase, Sale, Estates, Inheritance, and Tax Planning, Accounting, Bankruptcy, Divorce and Partnership Dissolution.   Qualified at the Civil Court level as an Expert Witness.

 

The map below shows the primary areas covered, however multi-property assignments are considered throughout all of California.  Appraiser has performed appraisals in 14 of California’s counties, from San Diego County in the south to Shasta County in the north and from Mendocino County in the west to the Lake Tahoe area in the east.
